At Fillo Bakes, we take pride in delivering fresh, high-quality baked snacks. However, if something doesn’t go right, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, refunds are only offered in the following situations:
- Item delivered in damaged or unusable condition
- Incorrect product delivered
- Severe quality issues (must include photo/video proof)
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Your order ID
- Clear photos of the product and package
- A short description of the issue
Refund Approval
Once approved, refunds will be issued back to your original payment method via Razorpay. Processing typically takes 7–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Cancellations
