We use Razorpay as our payment processor. All online payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store your full card details on our servers.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept debit cards, credit cards, UPI, netbanking and other methods supported by Razorpay.

Payment Disputes

If you have an issue with a payment, contact us at wiseeatsindia@gmail.com. For chargebacks or disputes, Razorpay may contact us for verification.

KYC & Business Details

For Razorpay onboarding, have the following available:

• Legal business name
• Business PAN / GSTIN (if applicable)
• Business registration documents (if any)
• Bank account details for settlements
• Registered business address
